In your own words, what do you do at EstateCo?
I work in the Client Services Group, where I am the point of contact and source of information for clients, by phone and email. We answer questions and give clients regular updates, establishing and maintaining a strong EstateCo relationship throughout the entire process.
What part of your work matters most to you — the thing you wish every heir understood
We can help. The professionals at EstateCo can help heirs with every aspect of completing the estate from end to end, at no upfront cost to clients.
What’s one moment in your job that reminded you why this work is important?
Whenever a client tells us that they are relieved to have help in finishing the estate because of the amount of work involved and the complexity of the process. I hear that a lot.
What’s something people would be surprised to learn about your work?
I am not only a representative of EstateCo — I’m also a client! Or at least, I was. I was a potential heir to an unfinished estate when EstateCo contacted me almost two years ago. I was very relieved and grateful for their help. I was delighted when given the chance to join the team and help others.
What do you love doing when you’re not working?
Studying the Bible, visiting with neighbors, listening to music, and getting bossed around by my cat.
