Estate administration is never just about paperwork.

Behind every file sits a family navigating grief, logistics, distance, and decisions they never expected to face. Stewarding those moments has always been central to EstateCo’s work. We believe that clear guidance and consistent care matter just as much as legal accuracy.

Over the past year, EstateCo has experienced meaningful growth. More families have entrusted us with resolving estates that are increasingly complex, such as multiple heirs, out-of-state coordination, property challenges, and sensitive family dynamics. With that growth came a clear realization that we needed dedicated resources focused solely on the heir experience.

That recognition led to the creation of the Client Services Group.

Why There Was a Clear Need for a Dedicated Group

Estate administration involves many moving parts. Legal filings, court timelines, property coordination, financial documentation, and third-party professionals all intersect throughout the process. Without a consistent guide, heirs can feel unsure where things stand or what comes next.

Families often ask the same questions at different stages:

  • Where are we in the process?
  • What’s taking the most time?
  • What should we expect next?

This uncertainty creates stress, especially when the process unfolds alongside grief or family tension. A dedicated advocacy group ensures heirs receive proactive communication and steady guidance throughout their journey. One consistent point of contact reduces confusion and helps families stay grounded, even when timelines extend or circumstances change.

What the Client Services Group Does

The Client Services Group exists to support heirs through every phase of estate administration.

Each family has a dedicated advocate who serves as a central point of communication, helping coordinate information about the process so families are not left managing multiple parties.

This role is proactive by design. Advocates anticipate needs, explain what is happening behind the scenes, and set clear expectations before questions or concerns escalate. Even during periods when progress is not immediately visible, families receive context and reassurance, ensuring they are never left wondering whether their case has stalled.

More than coordination, this role ensures access. Families know who to call. Questions don’t sit unanswered. Decisions don’t stall because someone feels unsure where to turn.

Why Lived Experience Matters

EstateCo was deliberate in how we built this group.

The Client Services Group includes team members who previously went through the estate administration process themselves. They entered the process as heirs, not professionals, and experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating legal requirements, timelines, uncertainty, and emotional weight all at once.

That perspective matters.

People who have lived through estate administration understand where confusion tends to surface, which moments feel most overwhelming, and how easily families can feel stalled or unsure even when progress is being made behind the scenes.

This lived experience shapes how support is delivered. Advocates can address concerns before they escalate, explain context without being asked, and communicate in a way that reflects what families actually need at the moment. Their guidance is informed by having once been in the same position, navigating the same uncertainty.

A Continued Commitment to Families

The creation of the Client Services Group reflects EstateCo’s approach to estate administration.

Not as a transaction or checklist, but as a responsibility.

Our job, and our privilege, is to guide families through the estate process with compassion, clarity, and accountability. As EstateCo continues to grow, our Client Services Group reinforces the values guiding every decision we make: dignity for the decedent, respect for heirs, and integrity throughout the process.
